She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Weinsheimer and Nellie Weinsheimer (Burkett); her husband George Spak; her grandson Steven Mohseninia; and her brothers, David and John Weinsheimer.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Conley of Wadsworth, George M. Spak of Wadsworth and Kristina Murphy; her grandchildren, Anthony Mohseninia (Jackie) of Green, Erica Mohseninia-Bucklew (Jenn Pfeister) of Massillon, Stephanie Conley (Casey Ilkanic) of Akron and Julia Conley of Wadsworth; her granddaughter-in-law Nicole Mohseninia of St. Charles, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Carter Bucklew, Dominic, Mia, Leo, Ari Mohseninia, Sophia, Gabriel and Donovan Hanlin; and her great-granddog Harley Quinn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
