She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hubby, Sr. and Virginia August; and her brother Sam Hubby, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Larry Foraker; her children, Melissa (Matt) and Shawn (Tammy); her grandchildren, Makenzie, Wyatt, Madison and Michael; her great grandchildren, Sebastian, Jocelyn, Keilani and Monteveon; her siblings-in-law, Denise Porter and Matt Porter; and her close friend Shirley Akins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
