He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward and Ruth G. Myers (Vogt); his daughter Jennifer A. Myers; and his sisters, Marlene Poling and Donna L. Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas O. Myers (Bonnie) of Rittman and Cassandra Nichols of New Franklin; and his brother Carl Edward Myers II (Karen) of Medina. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
