He was predeceased by : his parents, John Jacob and Mary Jacob. He is survived by : his wife Susan; his sons, Steve (Becki) and Paul (Leah); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Lauren, Ella and Ian.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Jude's Research Hospital in memory of Bills remarkable life that touched so many.
