He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Wilmoth (Edward); his sister Sue Toothman; his daughter-in-law Dawn-Marie Phillips; his grandchildren, Katherine Patterson (William), Jacob Phillips (Nicole), Gracie Phillips, Cheyenne Jenkins, Dalton Jenkins and Chloie Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Josey Bennett and Wyatt Patterson.

Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cox-McNulty Funeral Home (1376 High St, Wadsworth, OH 44281). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
