He is survived by: his wife Gladys "Penny" Kurtz (Goodwin); his children, Martha L. Adams of Mentor, Ohio and David D. Kurtz, Jr. (Kristen Wilmot) of Hudson, Ohio; and his grandchildren, William David Kurtz of Brecksville and Emma Goodwin Kurtz of Hudson, Ohio..
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Waite Hill Village Cemetery.
