He is survived by: his wife Dzidra "Zee" Cecil; his children, Kyle Cecil (Serena Nguyen) and Liga Lundvall; his siblings, Charlie Cecil (Rhonda), Kathi Howard, Gary Cecil, Irma Quinn (Darrell) and Heather Davis (Greg); his nephews, Joe Howard (Megan), Justin Howard and Keith Cecil; and his sister-in-law Dana Cecil. He is also survived by his extended church family, friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Church of the Open Door (1230 Beechview Dr, Vermilion, OH 44089). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
