He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean Webb; his parents, Charles Earl and Pauline Webb; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Wells; and his siblings, John Webb, Mary Smith and Larry G. Webb.

He is survived by: his children, William Breen (Cheryl), Deborah Huffman (Charlie), Carol Sacramone (Frank), Gerrie Themar (Mark), Karen Wells and Jennifer Webb; and his siblings, Stephen "Terry" Webb, Rev. Aaron Webb, James Webb and Donna Krugman. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren.
