She was predeceased by: her husband William Swanzer; her son Larry Swanzer; her siblings, Robert Meilander and Darlene Gerstacker; and her parents, Lawrence Meilander and Margaret Meilander.
She is survived by: her children, William Swanzer (Lynn) of Wakeman, Dale Swanzer (Megan) of Elyria and Kathleen Sklarek (Randy) of Henrietta Township. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
