She was predeceased by: her husband Lonnie Wayne Mullins; her siblings, Everett Hunsaker Jr. and Janice Johnson; and her parents, Everett Hunsaker and Juanita Hunsaker.
She is survived by: her daughter Nadine McKinney (Jerry L. McKinney) of Wakeman; her grandchildren, Timothy Wayne McKinney (Jessica), Jerry Allen McKinney (Carolyn), Jody Lee McKinney, Jo McKinney and Bryan Krall; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Brianna, Corey, Ally, Aieden, Madison, Sophia, Lily, Brynn and Leah; her great great grandchildren, Harlyn and Emma; and her sisters, Shirley Hunsaker of Pikeville and Karen Trunk of Burlington.
