He is survived by: his children, Judy Hall of Lorain, Ohio, Jeffrey Hall of Grethel, Kentucky, JoAnne Mitchell of Pikeville, Kentucky, Jackie and Randy Gadd of Berea, Kentucky; and his brother Adrian Hall. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
