She is survived by: her children, Carl Chapman Jr. (Wendy) of Idaho Falls, ID, Dawn Farley (Tom) of Wakeman and Sheila Bursley (Paul) of Wakeman; her close friend RaeLa Nicholson of Elyria; and her siblings, Denver Adkins of Logan, WV and Patty Adkins-Hein of Higginsville, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
