He was predeceased by: his father Charles Blair (Elizabeth Blair); and his sister Marna Blair. He is survived by: his wife Kim (Whitacre); his children, Ryan, Michelle Blair, Ashley Blair, Addison Fisher and Jason Blair; his grandchildren, Gavin, Savannah, Jack, Bentley, Adalynn and Kinslee; his siblings, Kurt Blair (Christie), Marcia Loparo (Tommy), Charlene Blair and Laura Blair (Tommy); and his in-laws, Jeff Whitacre (Brenda), Julie Markus and Jennifer Key. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
