He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Parker (Cook). He is survived by: his son Samuel Parker; his father James "Jim" L Parker; and his siblings, Judy Hartung (Christopher), Susan Craycraft (Mark) and Jim Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Toft Funeral Home, Wakeman Chapel (16 Cooper St, Wakeman, OH 44889). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Birmingham Cemetery (15008 South St, Wakeman, OH 44889).
