She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stotz Sr. and Bernita Stotz (Sebring); her husband James Ratliff, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Maria Ratliff; her brother Robert Stotz, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Edgar Johnson and Robert Foreman, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Tina Deehr (Mike), James Ratliff, Jr. and Craig Ratliff; her grandchildren, Kathrina Jorgensen (Matt), Mike Deehr, Jr. (Nicole), Amanda Baer (Nick), Laura Beauregard (Ryan), Abigail Deehr, Rachel Ratliff and Adam Ratliff (Sarah); and her sisters, Judy Johnson and Debra Foreman. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Betty's name may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church, 611 Woodville Road, Toledo, Ohio.
