He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Zdawczyk and Frances Zdawczyk (Sparagowski); his wife Pat; his brother Richard Zdawczyk; his brother-in-law Marlin Price; his sons-in-law, Russ Sliwinski and Bob Heinemann; and his great grandchild Frances Mundrick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Norma Sliwinski, Vickie Pasqualone (Keith) and Linda Heinemann; his grandchildren, Keith Pasqualone (Yvonne), Antonio Pasqualone (Angie), Matthew Heinemann (Stephanie), Cassandra Bihn (Dayne), Mary Sliwinski and Katie Sliwinski-Mundrick (Matt); his sisters, Rosemary Price and Marcia Machcinski (Ken); Cynthia Lowell (Mike). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Resurrection Polish National Catholic Church, or Care 360 Hospice.
