We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2023, at the age of 94, Mary K. Wilkolek of Walbridge, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Swartz and Lucille Swartz (Heath); her husband John Wilkolek; her children, Karen Rick and Jean Samberg; her grandchildren, Kellie Jo May, Olivia Jo Johnson, Victoria Mingus, Dakari Johnson and Judith Ann Samberg; her siblings, Louis Swartz, Beatrice Gray and Carolyn Swartz; and her son-in-law Mike Sotko.
She is survived by: her former husband Raymond Lewis, Sr.; her children, Gloria Hoffman (George), Bonnie Duffy, Elaine Sotko, Cynthia Dickson and Raymond Lewis, Jr.; her sisters, Joyce Bowers (Kenneth) and Lucille Herber; and her son-in-law Jim Samberg. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Unity United Methodist Church.
