He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Crawford and Donna Crawford (Cole). He is survived by: his wife Carol Bender; his children, Tom Crawford, Scott Crawford (Natalie), Julie Osborne (Wes) and Amy Gates (Grant); his grandchildren, Jackson, Joey, Luc Crawford, Pate, Mac Crawford, Madison, Naomi Lust, Asher and Gemma Gates; his stepgranddaughters, Samantha, Eden and Hailee Osborne; and his brothers, Mike Crawford (Rebecca), Randy Crawford (Diane), Steve Crawford (Linda) and Dan Crawford (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
