Wolford; her children, Raymond L. Richards and Kathrine M. Vickers; and her siblings, Ronald E. Smith, Pat E. Smith and Sandra "Sandy" Antill.
She is survived by: her husband Shane D. Fitzpatrick of Warsaw; her children, David Richards, Charlie Richards, Kimberly Graham (Jason) and Jessica Claggett (Dennis); her siblings, Richard, Paul, Jeff Smith and Carol Peck; and her grandchildren, Chuck, Nicole, Heather, Joshua, Sarah, Sydney, Caylee, Tyler, Trenton, Triton, Devin, Jesse and Jasmine. She is also survived by Eight great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Woods Church Cemetery (7557 Woods Church Rd, Walhonding, OH 43843).
