He is survived by: his wife Tara; his children, Keiana, Ervin III, Joshua (Tanya), Jalen, Jordan and Makayla; his grandchildren, Tati, Raleigh and Roman; his siblings, Orlando Mitchell, Robert Foley, Major Foley (Katina), Lisa Foley, Regina Foley and Nefertari Brooks; and his extended family Faith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
