He is survived by: his former wife Shirley Stallworth; his sons, Anthony Heath and Jeffrey Stallworth; his siblings, John Stallworth Jr. and Grace Duncan; his grandchildren, Kianna Heath, Jayla Stallworth and Isaiah Stallworth; his great grandchildren, Zyanna Byrd, Amar'e Heath and Zoey Hollis; and his great great grandchild Graig Walker Jr.. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel (2625 Gilbert Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45206). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
