With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lillian Kirby of Walnut Hills, Ohio, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 22, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucas Mitchell and Minnie Pittman; her husband Walter Kirby (Tom); her son Walter J.; and her children-in-law, Rev. William Hagan Sr., Jimmy Carter and Margaret Dean Kirby (Maggie).
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Kirby (Duke), James Kirby (Jackie), Tony Kirby, Carolyn Hagans, Mary Carter and Charlene Kirby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; 22 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
