She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gardenhire and Maggie Gardenhire; her brother Wilbur Williams; her husband Jessie Ringer; her granddaughters, DeWanda Ringer and Tiffany Jones; and her great grandchildren, Jessie McGoogin and Dwight Ringer.
She is survived by: her children, Thelma Ringer, Gwendolyn Jones (Tyrone), Jennifer Powell, Christopher and Jonathan Ringer. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and a host of beloved family members and loving friends.
