He was predeceased by : his mother Doris "Dode" Bush (Montgomery). He is survived by : his father Duane W. Bush; his children, Darren W. Bush (Dee) and Natasha Kaufman (Kurt A.) of Waynesfield, OH; and his grandchildren, Daniel Bush, Jennifer Kemp, Matthew Bush, Kale Kaufman and Hyatt Kaufman. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
