He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Howell (Law). He is survived by: his father Franklin Howell; his daughter Courtney King (Timothy Gallimore) of Jackson Center; and his siblings, Pam Kennon and Eric Howell (Bobbi). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; a step-daughter; 2 step-grandchildren.
