He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Sprague (Johnson); and his daughter Stacie Sprague. He is survived by: his father Herbert Sprague; his son Shane Sprague (Stephanie Harshfield) of Alger; his grandchildren, Anthony Custer, Shawn Sprague (Cory), Skylar Sprague and Shayla Sprague (Blake Jones); his stepgranddaughter Kaylynn Harshfield; his sister Barbara Fisher; and his nieces, Cindy Reynolds (Jason), Susan Cartagena and Stephanie Watkins (Mike). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
