He was predeceased by: his mother Elva Mae Blackburn (Goble); and his grandson Dylan Isaac Ridenour. He is survived by: his father William Claud; his children, Dana Renee Ridenour (late Kevin) and Raymond William Blackburn; his grandchildren, Ella Rae Ridenour, Lily Marie Ridenour, Rayna Ruth Blackburn, Will Francis Blackburn and Michael Raymond Blackburn; and his siblings, Carol Metzger, Claud Blackburn (Tieann), Debbie Schmiesing (Larry), Rita Blackburn, Brenda Cullison, Brian Blackburn, Duff Truck Lines and Cotterman.
