He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit, Sr. McCullough and Arvilla McCullough (Morris); his wife Rita M. Hollenbacher; his great grandchild Josiah Shroyer; his brothers, Kermit, Jr. and James (Nancy McCullough); and his siblings-in-law, Roger Hollenbacher (Joyce), Marilyn Eisert (Bob) and Ruth Zwiebel (Paul).
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa "Terri" Goodwin (Dave) of New Bremen, OH, Rebecca "Becky" Doty (Steve) of Wapakoneta, OH and Cindy Shroyer (Andy) of New Knoxville, OH; his grandchildren, Curtis Goodwin (Haley), Toni Goodwin, Mitchel Doty (Casey), Michael Doty (Ashley), Nathanial Shroyer (Jenna) and Katie Shroyer (Chris Tinnerman); his siblings, Paul McCullough (Barb) of New Knoxville, OH, Joann Dull (late Bill) and Connie Sutton (Bob) of Buckland, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Carol McCullough (late Kermit, Jr.), Ruby Berlet (Ned) and Ernie Hollenbacher (late Nancy). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
