He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Campbell and Patricia Campbell (Fetter); and his sister Lory Campbell. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Zimmerman (Josh) of Georgetown, KY and Sarah Burkhart (Thomas) of Convoy; his grandchildren, Lexi, Nathan, Gavin and Jade; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Layla and Alice; and his brother Neil Campbell of Tennessee.
