He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard H. Kelley and Diane K. Kelley (Kiefer); and his brother-in-law Michael Fisher. He is survived by: his daughters, Alaina Cox (Andrew) of Anna and Alexis Jones (Travis) of Anna; his grandchildren, Briana, Brylie, Cash, Charlotte and Liam; and his sisters, Robyn Sprague (Steve) of Wapakoneta and Cheryl Fisher of Elida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services (615 Dixie Hwy, Wapakoneta, OH 45895).
