He is survived by: his father William Carter; his girlfriend Barbara Teglas; his girlfriend's sons, James Teglas (Kelly) and Tim Teglas (Merit); his daughter Callie Ford (Tyler); and his siblings, David, Keith (Christine), Robin Carter (Helen), Janet McCreadie (Jim) and Pat Clare (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
