He was predeceased by: his mother Vera Gwendolyn Stepleton Verbryke. He is survived by: his father Ivan Isaac; his son Brent A. Verbryke (Jill) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Kailyn, Carter, Rowan and Emery; and his brother Richard'Dick' Verbryke (Bernie) of Wapakoneta.
