He is survived by: his wife Lois Bertram (Howell); his children, Scot Bertram (Shelly), Kirk Bertram (Tonia) and Brooke Camacho (Raul) of Columbus, OH; and his grandchildren, Tyler Bertram, Travis Bertram, Sam Camacho, Emma Bertram and Nick Camacho.
