She is survived by: her children, Greg Geis (Katie) of McCartyville, OH, Ashley Riethman (Brian) of McCartyville, OH and Lisa Albers (Craig) of McCartyville, OH; her grandson Ian; her children, Oliver, Chloe, Eliza Geis, Evan, Casey, Taylor Riethman, Emma, Claire and Riley Albers; her siblings, Carol Klinefelter of Ajo, AZ, Theresa Newland (Gordon) of Wapakoneta, OH, Lester (Karen), Brenda Niekamp (Mike) of Montezuma, OH and Dennis Berning of Botkins, OH; her siblings-in-law, Carl Geis (Sue), Brenda Geis of Botkins, OH, Deborah Geis of Wapakoneta, OH, Nancy Berning of Sidney, OH and Diane Berning of New Knoxville, OH; June. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory (1102 Lincoln Ave, Wapakoneta, OH 45895). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (103 E Walnut St, Botkins, OH 45306).
