He is survived by: his parents, Terry Blair (Chris Pemberton) of LaRue and Cynthia Sanford (Morrison) of Kenton; his wife Deanna Bower of Wapakoneta; his daughter Natalie Davenport of Wapakoneta; his sister Jessica Tullis (Taylor) of Gallatin, TN; his grandparents, Katherine Kitts of Kenton and Donald E. Morrison of Baltimore; and his nephew Tavern Tullis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kevin's honor may be made to his daughter's college fund.
