He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester J. Neuman and Iona P. Neuman (Delong); and his wife Janet M. Wilkin. He is survived by: his sons, John W. Neuman (Jill) of New Knoxville, OH and Matt A. Neuman (Michelle); his grandchildren, Zach Neuman (Grace), Hannah Shawler (Ryan), Taylor Neuman and Nate Neuman; his great grandchildren, Adalee and Paislee; and his sister Joann Williams of Clovis, CA. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory (1102 Lincoln Ave, Wapakoneta, OH 45895). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
