He is survived by: his parents, John P. Cox and Lisa J. Cox (Martin); his sons, Leiland and Oliver Cox; his siblings, Catherine Brown (Philip) of Toledo, OH, Ashley Cox, Devin Cox, Paul Boltz (Sharon Temple) and Kaylin Cox (J. P. Gay); his grandmother Patricia S. Winch of Morenci, MI; his close friends, Alysia McKercher, Mike Mueller and Stacy Amstutz; and his wife Kylie Smith Cox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a memorial fund established for his sons.
