He was predeceased by : his parents, William A. Meckstroth and Glenna M. Meckstroth (Davenport); and his foster brother Robert Ralston. He is survived by : his siblings, Steven Meckstroth of New Knoxville and Nancy Meckstroth of New Knoxville; his nephew Brian Humphreys of Xenia; his niece Heather Riddick (Todd) of Wapakoneta; his great-niece Lenna Riddick; and his family, Jeremy Buschur (Marlia Douglas) of Celina and Terry Sopp (late Gina) of Columbus.
