She is survived by: her father William Teeters; her husband Jon Heise; her stepparents, Raymond Colledge and Debbie Teeters; her children, Jazmine, Dan, Duke, Harlekwin, Jon and Jonni Rae; her grandchildren, Domonick, Alice, Zoey, Annabelle, Aurora, Parker, Silas, Thorsten, Luca, Novalei, Annika Jo and Archer; her siblings, Nichole, Jeff and Tammy; and her nieces and nephews, Skyler Jo, Serenity, Bret, Savannah, Sara and Cory.
