It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Ruth Underwood (Wapakoneta, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Long and Margaret Long (Muntis); her husband Leland Jerome "Jerry" Underwood; her brothers, Gilbert Long (Pearl) and Gail Long (Nancy); and her sisters-in-law, Rhonda Hughes (Conrad) and Marcine Linn.

She is survived by : her children, Larry Underwood (Cindy), Barbara Leonard (late Jeff) and Mark Underwood (Susan) of Harrod, OH; her grandchildren, Kelly Neinberg (Tom), Luke Underwood (Holli), Rob Underwood (Michelle), Chad Leonard, Brad Leonard (Andrea), Jessica Robenalt (Drew), Kristin Floyd (Kory), Krystal Motter (Darin) and Kaleb Underwood; her brothers, Jim Long (late Eleanor) of Ada, OH and Tom Long (Donna) of Waynesfield, OH; and her sisters-in-law, Carol (late Lou) and Sharon (late Arlen). She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren.
