She is survived by: her children, Ronald Cummins (Marcella Schlesselman) of Wapakoneta and Lori Segovia (Andy) of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Nathan Lyle Cummins, Matthew Gene Cummins, Jamie Marie Reynolds (Ty Kuhns), Mitchell Alan Singleton (Courtney Nelson), Christopher James Singleton (Courtney) and Tyler Randall Preston (Lora Phillips); her great grandchildren, Devin Reynolds, Ethan Reynolds, Kaitlyn Kuhns, Quinn Singleton, Hayden Singleton, Nolan Singleton, Devin Kuhns and Carmella Kuhns; and her siblings, Ned Davis, Sue Jeanneret and Don Davis of Lakeview, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
