She was predeceased by: her mother Madge Cottrell (Shook); and her spouse Jean Claude Goulet. She is survived by: her father Edward Cottrell; her children, Daniel Goulet and Nicolle E. Srisongkham of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Michael, Bouakeo, Kye and Rowan Srisongkham; her friend Joann Hamel; her son Robert Michael Goulet; and her siblings, Martha Pauline Cottrell, Wilma May Leis, Betty Jane Blair, Virginia Ann Marshall, Barry Lowell Cottrell and Carol Sue Cottrell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
