He is survived by : his parent Hugh F. Johnson; his children, Jeffrey L. Johnson (Karin) of Findlay, OH and Stephanie R. Artman (Daniel) of Gilbert, AZ.; and his former life partner Judy Kantner Bertrand of Sidney, OH..
