She is survived by: her husband Kevin W. Bayliff; her daughter Jessica Smith of Lima; her stepson Brandon Bayliff of Lima; her grandchildren, Owen McGinnis and Eden McGinnis; her siblings, Sherman Skinner of Dayton, Micki Rapp of Dayton, Linda Niemeyer of Lima, Jeannie Salinas of Leipsic and Loretta Allen of West Virginia; her niece Cora Chavez of Indianapolis; and her pet Rusty.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Auglaize County Humane Society or to the choice of the donor.
