He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Webb and Verda Webb (Partin); his daughter Elizabeth'Liz'Webb; his siblings, Alma Rhodes (Matt), Hazel Lawson (Ed) and Bill Fuson; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Tuttle and Gary Hittipole.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Webb (Gail) of Florida, Todd Webb of Wapak and Shawn Shultz (Christina) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Randall Webb (Amy), Cody Webb (Maggie), Courtney Noble, Evan Noble, Baylee Noble, Eithen Noble, Kylie Corey (Tayler), Jacob Shultz and Isabella Shultz; and his sisters, Bernice Tuttle of Wapak and Becky Hittipole of St. Marys. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews he loved.
