He is survived by : his grandparents, Patrick, Angie Murphy, Mike and Penny Etzkorn; his cousin Madison Murphy; his uncles, Elijah of Wapakoneta, Jammison Etzkorn of Wapakoneta and Garrett Etzkorn of Wapakoneta; his great-grandparents, Sally Murphy of Elida, Don of Elida and Linda Lybarger of Elida; his extended family, Stacy, Buddy Jolliff, Vincent, Kendra Murphy, Brian, Ronda Lybarger, Vickie, Robbie Douglas, Greg, Marilyn Foxhoven, Monte Foxhoven, David, Karen Etzkorn, Doug and Connie Etzkorn; his great-grandparents, Tom Murphy, Damien, Vivian Foxhoven, Richard and Martha Etzkorn; his uncle Josh Vorhees; and also, Kehlani, Hunter, Ashlyn, Braden, Kerianne, Brayden and Sarah.
