He is survived by: his sister Deborah Ann McElroy (Gary); his close friend Carol Jean Heidt; his children, Anthony Quellhorst (Cindy Elliott), Todd Quellhorst (Pam Mellor) and Tracy McDonald (Mark); his grandchildren, Jessica Espel (Frank), Nathan Quellhorst (Alexandra), Wade McDonald (Brittany), Brea Barrett (Jacob) and Morgan Duncan (Chris); his stepgrandchildren, Nathan Binkley (Melanie) and Audrey Bickford (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Charles Espel, Anders, Vivienne Quellhorst, Paige, Peyton and Parker McDonald; his stepgreat-grandchild Avalynn Binkley; Shirley Piper (late Richard).
Because of his love of animals, in leu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Auglaize Co. Humane Society in Wapakoneta, Ohio.
