He is survived by: his children, Regina Pritchard of Youngstown and Jason Jurick of Youngstown; his granddaughter Samantha; and his siblings, Barb Thomas of Washington, Marie Stokes (Charles) of Port Orange, Florida, Gene Jurick of Parker and John Jurick (Carolyn) of Tybee Island.
