She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bowman and Mary Bowman (Mailliard); her grandson Izaiah Thomas Flickinger; and her siblings, Samuel, Danny, Ralph Bowman and Lois Shay.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Flickinger of Warren, OH; her children, Shelly Peterson (Michael) of Cortland, OH and Lance Flickinger (Diane) of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Alexander Flickinger, Alicia Peterson and Dionna Louise Flickinger; and her nephews, Brian Shade and Mike Shade.
