She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sloan and Annie Sloan (Edwards); her husband James E. Starr; her grandson Sean Hall; and her siblings, Laurence, Herb, Ernie, Jenny and Lelia.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Bliven (Carl) of Bazetta, OH, William Starr (Mary Ann) of Denton, TX and Thomas Starr (Brenda) of Howland, OH; her grandchildren, Amy Starr, Nicole Starr, Thomas Cadle (Karrie), Kimberly Patrick (William), Stacey Franklin (Paul), Shane Starr and Steven Hall (Eleana); and her brother James Sloan. She is also survived by great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that material contributions be made to the Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Road, Poland, OH 44514, or to Alzheimer's Association at ALZ.org, in her memory.
